On Tuesday, November 15, 2022, The Democracy Fund's litigation director, Alan Honner, cross-examined Royal Canadian Mounted Police Commissioner Brenda Lucki during the Public Order Emergency Commission.

TDF asks RCMP Commissioner Lucki if she agrees with her colleague Deputy Commissioner Brian Brennan when he says there was "no serious violence in Ottawa" and that they handled threats in Coutts with "already existing authorities."
