The Democracy Fund's (TDF) Ethics Scholar Dr. Julie Ponesse sat down with TDF's Senior Litigator Mark Joseph to discuss the first week of the Public Order Emergency Commission (POEC) that started on Thursday, October 13, 2022.

TDF's Litigation Director Alan Honner is in Ottawa to participate in these hearings over the next few weeks. Since the Commission started, Honner has made an opening statement and cross-examined Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson and Ontario Provincial Police Supt. Pat Morris.
