TDF lawyers and Lisa Bildy will be in court on September 19, 2022, for the lawsuit against Western University's booster mandate.
TORONTO: The Democracy Fund (TDF) lawyers and Lisa Bildy of Libertas Law will be in court in London, Ontario, at 10 a.m., September 19, 2022, to argue the lawsuit brought on behalf of five students against the University of Western Ontario (UWO.)
The lawsuit alleges that the collection of personal health information, like COVID-19 vaccination status, by UWO is not lawful. It seeks, among other things, a declaration that UWO has no lawful authority to collect such information and an injunction against doing so.
