TDF releases legal brief for Canadian politicians on The Emergencies Act

Canadian parliamentarians and staff may review and share our documentation on the proclamation of a Public Order Emergency. We explain what The Emergencies Act is, how it can be used, and how to oppose its use.

The Democracy Fund's legal team has put together a brief for Canadian politicians looking to better understand and respond to the use of The Emergencies Act.
